DM Forms |

Keeping track of all the paperwork can be a DM's toughest job. Here are some of the forms I use with
my group to keep things going smoothly. The forms require
Adobe Acrobat version 4 or higher

Combat Encounter Sheet
Form designed to speed up combat record keeping. The form tracks the encounter information (room info, treasure
found, creatures, etc). Print one copy for each encounter or room to eliminate flipping through books during
gameplay.

Magic Items
Play character handout sheet for keeping track of magic items found during an adventure.
The sheet includes spaces for each type of magical bonus for better record keeping.
